Getting sales!

So it has been a week since I started listing items on ebay.

Today I got some sales and even some people paid instantly! Great :)
It looks like the people who are still left selling and buying on ebay are of high caliber. I hope it stays this way! It's kinda nice to make a sale and get paid for it before you even send out the invoice :)

Let the selling begin!

So I have made the choice to start listing items on ebay once again! YAY!! :)

I know the economy is still messed up, so I hope there is still a good vibe going on at ebay. I know ebay has changed a lot of rules etc. and I 'm not so sure how that is effecting things as of right now.

Anyway, I'm going to jump back in and try it out for a little while longer and let you all know how things go :)

I'll post some of my items up as soon as I can. Let me know if you have any questions on a ny of my listings as I answer all of my email.

UPDATE: ebay user id's

So I just read some interesting things on why some usernames have "*" in them and it has to do with scammers sending out fake second chance offers to non winning bidders. Having the username contain "*" prevents trolls, or people that only look for usernames that did not win an item, from sending fake second chance offer email that look like they are coming from ebay.

I still think it's a little fishy looking and that ebay should have a link next to the type of user id's letting other ebay users know why the username looks so strange. Ebay has an icon link next to people who have changed their user id, so why they don't add one next to the strange looking usernames I can't say?

What a day!

I just finished listing a ton of items on Ebay! Wow, how the time flies when your having fun on Ebay. It feels so good to list items like my daughter's outgrown clothes and unused nick nacks from around the house, and know that someone else will put it to good use. Not tomention the fact that I'm cleaning up my home :)
